The Kalininskaya district to present a profitable project in agriculture

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to invest into the project on the construction of a turkey plant.

It is planned to accommodate the poultry plant on farmstead Dzhumajlovka (Krasnodar region). Sheltered facilities from lightweight structures will be built and a modular slaughter and processing shop will be purchased within one year. The shop will be furnished with the production and packing equipment. The enterprise will be able to supply finished products of 560 tons yearly to the markets of the district, Krasnodar region and other RF regions. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 132.2 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 years, and the return on investment period is 4.6 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 16 new jobs.

A land plot of 99,034 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Dzhumaylovka farm. The distance to the federal highway "Timashevsk - Poltavskaya" is 3.6 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Kalininskaya Cossack village is 13.8 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 74.3 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Velichkovka is 10.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 83.60 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 141.7 km.
