The Kalininskaya district to present a mega-project in agriculture

The investors are offered to invest into the project on the construction of a plant for processing fruits and vegetables.

The investment project provides for the construction of a high-technology enterprise on processing fruits, berries, vegetables and producing lactic & fermented juices, tomato paste, candied fruits, childhood nutrition and CO2-extracts. Local products will stand as raw materials. The plant output products of 46.776 thousand tons will be sold to residents of the district, community of Krasnodar region and consumer from other RF regions.   

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 1,871.3 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 5.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 406 new jobs.

A land plot of 50,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Starovelichkovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Gorodskaya Street (0.08km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Timashevsk - Poltavskaya" is 2 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Kalininskaya village is 6 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 65 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Velichkovka is 2.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 70 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 145 km.
