The Kalininskaya district to present a large-scale investment project
The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to invest into the project on the construction of a brick-making plant.
The implementation of the investment project provides for the construction of a high-technology modern enterprise, capable of supplying the market with quality competitive products, in the district. It is planned to adjust the production of brick in the volume of 300 million tons per year. Among the competitive advantages of the prospective enterprise – resource endowment for the production to the fullest extent: there are clay deposits in the area of construction and the plant in question will be developing the deposits.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 511.49 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 5.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 120 new jobs.
A land plot of 50 fhousand sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Andreevskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Krasnaya street (0.5km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Kalininskaya - Novotitarovskaya" is 10 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Kalininskaya Cossack village is 37 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 70 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station Velichkovka is 20.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 75 km, and to the seaport of seaport Novorossiysk is 177 km.
