Kaliniskaya district will present the investment project of the construction of the tourist complex for recreation, hunting and fishing at the international investment forum Sochi-2015

The project proposes constructing a tourist complex for recreation, hunting and fishing on the land plot in Prigibskiy farm, along the road "Poltavskaya Cossack village – Novonikolayevskaya Cossack village – Prigibskiy farm, 59+640/60+600 km (to the right) from the Kalininskaya district of the Krasnodar region. The type of the construction is new construction.

The project involves the creation of a competitive comfortable complex for recreation, hunting and fishing. The construction of individual rooms by type of services offered is provided within the premises of the complex being constructed.

The purpose of the construction of this facility is to provide a comfortable base of outdoor activities in the district and create about 55 new jobs.

In this situation, the construction of the base will contribute to the development of the social sphere of the Krasnodar region and provide the Kalininskaya district with a new level in the recreation industry.

It is planned to use a site of a total area of ​​139,000 sq.m. to implement the project.

The required volume of investments is 99,329.9 thousand rubles. Financing of the project is planned to be at the expense of the investor’s own funds in full volume. Construction is expected to be completed within 12 months. The enterprise planning period is 7 years.
