Kaliniskaya district will present the investment project of the construction of the brick factory at the international investment forum Sochi-2015

The project proposes constructing an industrial enterprise for brick production. It is planned to create a factory for the brick production with advanced technologies and modern equipment of 35 million pieces per year in the Cossack village of Andreyevskaya of the Krasnodar region.

The new factory will be equipped with high-performance equipment and production lines using new technologies. Particular attention will be paid to quality control of incoming raw materials to the factory from closely proximal clay deposits and finished products and supposes to use environmentally friendly technology.

Solid ordinary brick of 1NF size, with M-100 and M-125 strength quality, 2.0 medium density class, F-25-35 frost resistance brand and GOST 530-2007 is planned to produce within the project.

The purpose of the construction of the facility is to provide the country’s market with quality ceramic bricks and the creation of 120 new jobs.

The factory is planned to be constructed on the land plot with a total area of ​​5 hectares. The land plot is public property administered by the Municipal Formation Kalininskaya District and is situated at address: Andreyevskaya Cossack village, Kalininskaya district, Krasnodar region, Russian Federation.

The Administration of the Kalininskaya district is considering attracting foreign and domestic investors.

The estimated amount of the investor’s own funds (purchase of shares of the project company) is 511.5 million rubles.
