Kalininskaya district to present a profitable investment project in the agricultural sector

The municipality of Kalininskaya district offers the entrepreneurs to invest into the construction of a plant on complex processing of grain and potatoes.

As envisaged by the project, a modern high-tech enterprise – a grain and potatoes’ processing plant – will be built in the Cossack village of Kalininskaya. All necessary facilities will be built here and the infrastructure, including the access roads, will be established. The products will be merchandised at the local market – to the residents of Kalininskaya district. It is also planned to expand the sales market and merchandise the products across Krasnodar region.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 400.17 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 6 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 70 new jobs.

A land plot of 50,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kalininskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Stepnaya Street (0.1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Timashevsk city – Poltavskaya Cossack village" is 0.05 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 70 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Velichkovka is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 80 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 140 km.
