Kalininskaya district presents an investment project in the consumer sector

The municipality offers the investors to participate in the construction of a mass merchandising store.

Within the framework of implementing an investment project, it is planned to set up a competitive retail enterprise providing high-quality services. It is planned to build a single-storey building of the shop with the total area of 610 sq.m. Quickly erectable structures will be used for the construction. As expected, an annual average revenue of the store will make 21,932.64 thousand rubles and the consumers of the goods will be residents of the Starovelichkovskaya Cossack village and individuals moving along the motorway "Kalininskaya Cossack village –Novotitarovskaya Cossack village".

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 10.33 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 0.5 years, and the return on investment period is 5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 11 new jobs.
