Kalininskaya district presents an advantageous project in the processing industry

The Municipal Formation proposes to invest in the project on construction of the factory for the corrugated cardboard container production.

The purpose of the project is the construction of modern high-tech plant for the production of corrugated cardboard.

All necessary buildings with modern technological equipment will be constructed under the project. It is estimated that the company will produce 36,000 sq. m. of finished products during the year that will be in demanded by the residents of the Kalininskaya district, the Krasnodar region and other regions of Russia. It is planned to master the markets of foreign countries as well.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 1,046.9 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3 years and 3 months. The construction of the facility will allow to create 320 new jobs.

To implement the project, a land plot with an area of 45 thousand sq. m. was formed. The site is located in the Cossack village of Starovelichkovskaya, in 80 m to the local road, Gorodskaya street. The distance to the federal highway "Timashevsk – Poltavskaya" is 5 km. The distance from the municipal center, the Cossack village of Kalininskaya, is 6 km, and that one from the regional center is 65 km. The distance to the nearest train station "Velichkovka" is 2.5 km, from the Krasnodar Airport is 70 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 145 kilometers.
