Kalininskaya district presents a project in the consumer sector

The municipality offers the prospective investors to implement, in a concerted effort, a project on the construction of a multi-functional service station and convenience retailing complex.

The construction of the complex is scheduled in the Starovelichkovskaya Cossack village of Krasnodar region. It is expected that the enterprise will provide a wide range of auto services, auto repair and auto wash services to residents of the district. It is planned to develop a smooth-running maintenance service scheme for the customers.  

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 14.2 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 19 new jobs.

A land plot of 1,400 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Starovelichkovskaya Cossack village (along the highway "Kalininskaya Cossack village – Novotitarovskaya Cossack village"). There is a local road, Gorodskaya street (0.1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Kalininskaya Cossack village – Novotitarovskaya Cossack village" is 0.1 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Kalininskaya Cossack village is 10 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 60 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Velichkovka is 7 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 60 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 140 km.
