Kalininskaya district presents a project in a health resort and tourist sphere

The municipality offers to invest into the implementation of a project on establishment of a comfort resort, hunting and fishing facility.

Within the framework of the project, it is planned to construct a hotel complex for 44 rooms and establish a comfort facility with a provision of a wide range of services for arranging excellent leisure and rest for guests and residents of district and Krasnodar region in a picturesque place near the farmstead Prigibskiy along the highway "Poltavskaya Cossack village - Novonikolaevskaya Cossack village – Prigibskiy farmstead". It is planned to render services on accommodation and leisure arrangement for 150 people. The services in the facility will be of demand among local residents, community of Krasnodar region. It is also expected that the services of the complex will be of demand among foreign guests.

The complex will be operating on a year-round basis and will be providing a wide range of high-quality services. A favorable location of the recreation facility and up-to-date technical equipment with advanced technique will ensure inflow of visitors.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 99.33 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 55 new jobs.

A land plot of 139,001 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Prigibskiy farmstead along the highway "Poltavskaya Cossack village - Novonikolaevskaya Cossack village – Prigibskiy farmstead". There is a local road, Tsentralnaya Street (0.02km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Poltavskaya Cossack village - Novonikolaevskaya Cossack village – Prigibskiy farmstead" is 0.40 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Kalininskaya Cossack village is 72 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 137 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Velichkovka is 75 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 142 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 212 km.
