Kalininskaya district presents a high-tech investment project in the processing industry

The municipality offers the investors to participate in the implementation of a project on the construction of a plant for manufacturing corrugated packaging.

The aim of the project is to construct a modern high-tech plant for manufacturing corrugated packaging. It is planned to launch the enterprise in the Cossack village of Starovelichkovskaya 6 km far from the municipal center. According to the estimates, the enterprise will manufacture 36,000 sq.m. of finished products yearly. The products will be of demand among residents of Kalininskaya district, Krasnodar region and other regions of Russian Federation. It is also planned to develop markets of foreign countries.

A business-plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 1271.02 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 320 new jobs.

A land plot of 45,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Starovelichkovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Gorodskaya Street (0.08km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Timashevsk city – Poltavskaya Cossack village" is 2 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Kalininskaya Cossack village is 6 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 65 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Velichkovka is 2.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 70 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 145 km.
